Gelato smells like the dessert it's named after and behaves better than most things this sweet, sitting in the middle rather than committing you to a couch or a project. All three shops stock it.

Which shop has it
All three shops stock it. Stock moves between the three, so if the one you're at is out, ask — it may be sitting twenty minutes away.
Why we carry it
Gelato sits on our shelf because it works for nearly everybody. Running three shops you notice the same pattern: the strains that sell steadily aren't the loudest, they're the ones nobody regrets. Gelato is the clearest example of that we stock.
How we get it
Gelato we buy on a fixed weekly amount because demand for it is the most predictable of anything we stock.
Small-batch legal hemp farms, shipped overnight, landing weekly across all three shops.
Two weeks is the longest anything sits out. Three locations means we move enough volume that most jars never get near that ceiling, which is honestly the biggest single advantage of having more than one shop.
If a jar in front of you looks like it's been there a while, say so. We'd rather swap it out for you than leave it sitting there.

Balanced hybrid, and genuinely so. It doesn't push you in either direction, which is most of why it sells as steadily as it does.
Sweet cream with citrus behind it. Dessert-shelf sweet without being sickly, and it holds the flavour reasonably well through a bowl.
It's one of the few on our shelf that works either side of the day. That flexibility is the reason it never sits long.
Both sweet and both balanced. Runtz is candy-sweet and tropical, Gelato is creamier and a bit rounder. Most people prefer one clearly once they've had both.
